Grape Harvest
These are Marquette grapes, which were initially bred at the University of Minnesota.
We crushed them by hand, which took an hour with the five of us, and after checking the acidity and adding yeast, we've left them to ferment for the next year. By that time, the grape juice will be wine.

Suga Shack
So named because it stands adjacent to the sole syrup-producing tree on the property. AKA the sweet spot (since I invented that name just now).
